Our goal is to host interesting and useful conversations with people who are eager to learn and share. Respect is a big part of this. We believe this policy will facilitate this

Comments can be made anonymously and without registering if you so desire. We believe there is benefit to registering and to posting your true identity. That, however, is up to you.

You may post questions. We appreciate you asking more questions to allow better clarity and, chances are, you are not the only one thinking that. Having comments and questions here will allow everyone to take advantage of the answer and save many individual emails.

You may disagree. We certainly don't claim to know everything and welcome alternate views. It's how we all improve. If you do choose to disagree with us or anyone, do so respectfully.

We reserve the right to delete comments. You are allowed to have an opinion, and are welcome to start a blog to get it out there. We are not obligated to publish your voice.

We will delete comments that we consider spam, off topic, disrespectful, offensive or advertising. You may, however, add links to your site when relevant.

Service Information

Service displayed on the Site can be delivered in Canada and the United States. Prices are valid and effective only in Canadian and American currency.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold THE OWNER harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneyís fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Miscellaneous

Unless otherwise specified, THE OWNER displays this Site and the Contents solely to market and promote THE OWNER services in Canada and United States. THE OWNER controls and operates this Site from its offices in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

 

These Terms shall be construed according to Canadian Law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Contents, the use of the Site, or products or services purchased using this Site, shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts of Alberta, Canada. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute.

 

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and THE OWNER relating to the Site or its Contents. Any other agreements between you and THE OWNER are superseded and have no force or effect.


Termination

If THE OWNER believes you have failed to comply with these Terms, or for any other or no reason, THE OWNER, may deny you access to the Site immediately without notice. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to the Content, disclaimers and liability limitations in these Terms shall continue to apply. Upon denial of access, you must promptly destroy all Content downloaded or obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of Content.


Delivery of Services:

For Electronic materials such as ebooks and PDFs, the delivery will be made within 3 business days. Please ensure info@THNQ.ca is approved by your email provider. Please contact us if you haven't received the files within 7 days of the transaction.

 

For Coaching and Consulting, once the initial request for quote has been submitted along with a request for meeting, we will endeavor to review and confirm appointments within 7 days and be will notify in written email format if services cannot be initiated within 30 days due to previous bookings.

For Workshops and Presentations, once the transaction has been initiated, we will endeavor to respond within 3 business days. The timing of the presentation will be mutually agreed upon within that time.

 

THE OWNER working policy is to advise you in advance of any cost or service before attempting to do the service.  THE OWNER will:  Send you a clear list of deliverables.  You will approve the work/maintenance.  Once the deliverables are complete you will sign off on the completion. We will send you an invoice.


 
Refund Policy:

All transactions are in Canadian Dollars.


Your satisfaction is very important to us and thus we insure our products & services with satisfaction guarantees.


•For digital materials: if you feel the value was not present for the downloaded or received digital material, please let us know and we will refund your purchase price. You may keep the materials although this does not transfer any copyrights.
•For coaching and monthly services: You may cancel the services at any time and, as they are paid in advance for the following month, the final payment will be considered for services rendered in the month of cancellation. If you cancel in the first 30 days of service, you will receive a full refund for the single payment made.
•For consulting and speaking engagements: Due to the preparation and research required to deliver these services, the 50% deposit is non refundable. If, however, within 30 days after the engagement, you have found the content did not meet expectations, once the balance is paid, the amount above the deposit will be fully reimbursed.


We desire to create wow experiences and if you have a concern, please contact us.  If refunds are available for you purchase please prepare your receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.


If you have been wrongly billed or are unclear of the invoice please contact immediately.

All of the information we request from you when purchasing our services is obligatory unless otherwise noted on the relevant form. When you purchase our services, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete and updated information.
 
After you have signed up for our services, we may be in communication with you about your account, technical questions you may have about services provided by us, or any other matter relating to those services. Those communications are essential to our relationship with you and to our ability to provide you with quality services that are responsive to your needs. At the same time, those communications give us helpful insights about you, your preferences and the ways in which we might improve our services. We therefore may maintain this information for future use.
 
For operational and quality assurance purposes, we take note of whether and how you use the information and services that we provide, such as by recording site traffic patterns and by maintaining log files of users' access to site files.

By purchasing our services, you obtain the protections of, and consent to the data processing practices described in, this Privacy Policy. Employee Accountability

Only THE OWNER'S employees that have a legitimate business purpose for accessing and handling personal information obtained by us are given authorization to do so. The unauthorized access or use of such information by THE OWNER employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.
 

Additionally, our information management systems are configured in such a way as to block or inhibit employees from accessing information that they have no authority to access.The Accountability of THE OWNER Agents and Business Partners, Our trusted vendors and business partners are responsible for processing or handling some of the information that we receive. These vendors and business partners are not authorized to use such information for purposes beyond those specified by us and are required to preserve the confidentiality with which we treat such information.
